The client app is free; online payment is optional

The coach pays the selected plan subscription for platform use. The client does not pay for the app and only pays for the coach’s services at the coach’s prices and terms.

Common questions about pricing

Yes. You appear in Sportstep search and take first-consultation bookings without Sportstep PRO.

Full PRO: plans, messages, check-ins, bookings, payments, and client work in the app and on the platform. After 90 days the monthly or yearly price applies. You can cancel anytime.

The features are the same. Only the billing period differs, and the yearly plan saves you 10 %.

No. The Sportstep app is free for clients. They only pay for the coach’s selected services.

No. You can turn it on only for services you want paid in advance. Otherwise the client can pay in person.
