Online payment suits consultations, plans, and other prepaid services. If paying in person is more convenient, you do not need to change that method.

How it works

Payment is linked to a specific order

The coach’s Stripe account, the client payment, and payout information are linked to the selected service.

    The online payment is linked to the specific service and its order.

    Stripe processes the payment and transfers funds on the applicable payout schedule.

When a client pays online, the payment status appears on that order. You do not need to hunt for a transfer or mark which service was paid. If the client pays in person, you can manage the service as usual without online payment.

Sportstep periodically runs security, stability, and performance tests. They assess possible vulnerabilities, critical feature behavior, and system response time. Identified risks are addressed by priority, and the platform is updated and optimized so it stays stable and fast as usage grows.
