There is no single, meaningful price for personal training in Lithuania. Coaches sell different services: one-off sessions, blocks of appointments, remote plans and ongoing monthly coaching. A number without a clearly defined service can therefore mislead more than it helps.

A national average is not enough to make a sound decision. When offers have different scopes, a single figure creates false precision. The useful question is: what work and support will I receive for this price?

The four common pricing models

The same figure can mean one hour, a block of sessions or a full month of coaching.

A one-off plan and monthly coaching with programming are different products. Read more in our workout plan guide.

What changes the final cost

These factors often matter more than the hourly rate.

  1. Format

In a one-to-one session you reserve the coach's full attention. Group participants share that time; remote coaching often happens asynchronously.

  2. Scope

Programming, video review, calls and messages are all professional time, even when they happen outside the gym.

  3. Relevant expertise

Look for experience with your goal and starting point, not the longest list of titles.

  4. Location

Studio hire, club entry and travel may be included or charged separately.

  5. Commitment

A package only saves money if you can realistically use it.

Compare offers on equal terms

For each quote, write down the same information. Then the numbers become comparable.

0/6

A higher quote can be better value when it contains the support you actually need. A low-priced package is expensive if your schedule makes half of it unusable.

Choose a budget around the problem

If you are new, a few in-person technique sessions followed by independent training may be sensible. An experienced trainee may need programming and occasional reviews rather than weekly supervision.

If community keeps you consistent, compare personal and group training.

Common pricing questions

No. A higher fee may reflect more scope, a rarer schedule or a specific specialisation. Compare only when the service scope matches.

Some offers depend on goal, frequency and format. You should still receive a clear written quote during a consultation.

The Sportstep app is free for clients. You pay the coach for their chosen service.

Browse several coach profiles, compare services with a similar scope and ask for the final offer in writing during a first consultation. The aim is not the smallest number — it is knowing what you are buying and whether it can support consistent training.
