Is the public profile really free?
Yes. A public coach profile and initial consultation bookings are included in the free plan. This is not a trial of the paid PRO subscription. No payment card is required to create a profile.
When will clients be able to see my profile?
Creating an account alone does not publish a profile. Complete the required information and follow the publishing steps in your account. It also shows what is missing and your profile’s current status.
Do I need to download an app?
No. You can create your account and public profile on this website using your phone or computer browser.
Do I have to move my existing clients to Sportstep?
No. Use your free profile to showcase your services and connect with new clients. You do not need to change how you work with existing clients. Additional PRO tools are optional.
Can I update my profile later?
Yes. Sign in to your coach account to edit your information, services, location and consultation times.
Does a profile guarantee new clients?
No. A profile makes it possible to discover you and understand your services, but we do not promise a specific number of clients. Results depend on demand, location, specialisation and your offer.
